For the first time since we have lived in Farnham, I visited the Farnham Carnival, and took along our two year old son. And, I confess, that it was amazing – phenomenal floats from the primary schools, as well as from a vast number of local organisations, from nurseries to restaurants and marching bands to morris dancers.

Caleb was sat on my shoulders, and was spellbound for the whole of the parade – which is saying something, as he often can only sit still for 5 minutes up there before squirming and wanting to run around.
